Ahmad Hoskins
Ahmad Hoskins brings 12 years of construction experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, complemented by professional certifications in HR, Management and Leadership, Technical Management, and Technical Studies.
Currently serving as a member of the Army National Guard, Ahmad brings military discipline, precision, and 42 years of combined team experience to every job site — skills first forged beside his father on the machines Lonnie taught him to run.

Lonnie Hoskins
Born in 1975 and raised in Arabi, Georgia, Lonnie Hoskins is the foundation of Hoskins Contracting. A Crisp County native, he entered the construction and civil engineering industry in 1995 — motivated by the birth of his firstborn son Ahmad — and never looked back.
Over the next 30 years, Lonnie built mastery across grading, clearing, site development, concrete finishing, and asphalt finishing. He became fluent in the operation of every major piece of heavy iron: motorgraders, excavators, bulldozers, front-end loaders, dirt pans, backhoes, and more.
A father who led by doing, Lonnie brought Ahmad to the job site and personally taught him to operate every machine — passing down a legacy built one yard of dirt at a time.
